However, we recognize that unique situations may arise. Refunds may be considered if you have not accessed or downloaded the resource, or if your purchase meets one of the following criteria:

  • Broken or Incomplete File: The resource file is corrupted, missing essential content, or cannot be opened as intended.
  • Incorrect Product Description: The resource does not match the description or preview provided on TGM.
  • Technical Barriers: The product requires software or tools not clearly stated in the listing, preventing access.
  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: The same resource was purchased more than once in your account.
  • Unaccessed Resource: You purchased but never accessed or downloaded the resource (verified by TGM).

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase. Include the resource name, a description of your issue, and any relevant details or screenshots. Each request is reviewed individually, and refunds are granted at TGM's discretion.
