Leo's Worry Cloud Interactive Adventure: Worries and Anxiety SEL Lesson, Film and Games

An interactive, ready-to-teach 45-minute lesson about worries and anxiety for students aged 7 to 11. Students don't just watch the story, they step inside it. It runs entirely from this download: no internet connection, no accounts and no student data. How it works Unzip the folder and open one file in your web browser. The animated film pauses for Pause and Predict and Choose the Ending, then students take Small Brave Steps up the hall to the stage, name feelings with the Feelings Thermometer, catch worry shrinkers in the Worry Shrinker Catcher, build their own avatar and earn the Brave Steps Champion badge. The story Maple Class is leading the school assembly, and Leo is asked to read the opening lines. A small grey worry cloud floats up over his head and grows bigger and bigger. When Leo finally tells Ms Harper, the cloud shrinks a little. With slow breathing, a little practice each day and friends to cheer him on, Leo reads in front of the whole school, even though he feels nervous.
