The Lost Kitten Mia was walking home from school when she heard a small sound. “Meow… meow…” She looked under a bush and saw a tiny orange kitten. The kitten looked scared and hungry. Mia gently picked it up and carried it home. Her dad helped her put out some water and food for the kitten. Soon the kitten began to purr and rub against Mia’s legs. “I think it likes you,” said Dad. Mia smiled and said, “Maybe it can stay with us!”
